Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases, bookings, and services offered by NSFWcoach and Evolved Life Mastery (each a doing-business-as (DBA) of Digital Elite Marketing, collectively referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By completing a purchase or booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Policy

All purchases are made with clear disclosure of pricing, service details, and scheduling policies prior to checkout.

Fees paid reserve time, availability, and access to services. As such, all sales are final unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are granted only in accordance with the specific terms outlined in this policy.

2. Paid Calls & Scheduled Sessions

Paid clarity calls, discovery calls, coaching sessions, and similar services are non-refundable once booked.

By booking a session, you acknowledge that:

Time is reserved exclusively for you

Missed sessions cannot be resold or recovered

Attendance is your responsibility

3. Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule a booked session one (1) time provided you give at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled start time.

Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session, or failure to attend a scheduled session (a “no-show”), result in forfeiture of the session fee.

A new payment is required to book a new appointment.

4. No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled session without proper notice constitutes a no-show.

No-shows:

Are not eligible for refunds

Are not eligible for credits

Are not eligible for rescheduling

This policy exists to respect scheduled time and maintain fairness across all clients.

5. Coaching Packages & Services

For coaching packages, programs, or multi-session services:

Refund eligibility, if any, is disclosed prior to purchase

Partial participation does not entitle you to a partial refund

Unused sessions are forfeited unless otherwise stated in writing

Results are not guaranteed, and refunds are not issued based on dissatisfaction with outcomes, effort required, or personal circumstances.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree that initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in violation of this policy constitutes a breach of this agreement.

We encourage clients to contact us directly with any questions or concerns before initiating a payment dispute.

7. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in the event that:

We cancel a scheduled session and cannot reasonably reschedule

A technical error results in duplicate or erroneous charges

No other exceptions are implied or guaranteed.
